5. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final deliverables created specifically for your project. marketfind retains the right to use completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pre-existing materials, tools, and frameworks remain the property of their respective owners.

As a client, you agree to:

Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials provided
Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws
7. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel services before work commences for a full refund. Once work has started, payments are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel services and provide a pro-rated refund if we determine we cannot meet your requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
marketfind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Services are provided "as is" without any other warranties, express or implied.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation continues even after termination of services.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice if the other party breaches these terms and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
