1. Overview

We strive for complete client satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for services purchased from marketfind. Because our offerings are professional services that require time and allocation of resources, refunds are limited and depend on project stage and deliverables.

2. General Eligibility

Refunds must be requested in writing within 14 days of the triggering event.

Work already delivered and accepted is not refundable.

Third‑party fees (e.g., domain, hosting, ad spend, stock assets) are non‑refundable.

Any applicable refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

3. Service‑Specific Policies

UI/UX Design

Before project kickoff: Full refund.

After discovery/workshops but before first design delivery: 50% refund of paid fees.

After any design delivery (wireframes, mocks, prototypes): Non‑refundable for delivered milestones.

App Development

Before development kickoff: Full refund.

Post‑kickoff: Refunds are milestone‑based. Completed milestones are non‑refundable; unused milestone fees may be refunded.

After delivery to production or acceptance testing: Non‑refundable for delivered scope.

Website Development

Before project kickoff: Full refund.

During build: Pro‑rated refunds for undelivered milestones only.

After site handoff/launch: Non‑refundable.

Google Ads & PPC

Management fees become non‑refundable once campaigns are created/launched for the billing cycle.

Unspent ad budget in your ad account remains your property and is not retained by us.

Setup fees are non‑refundable after account and conversion setup is completed.

SMM Social Media Management

Monthly retainers are refundable before the service month starts.

Mid‑cycle cancellations receive a pro‑rated refund for unused weeks if no content has been delivered for those weeks.

Delivered content/scheduling for the cycle is non‑refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please provide:

Your project or invoice number

Service purchased and billing date

Reason for the refund request and relevant details

5. Exceptions

Delays caused by missing client inputs, approvals, or access do not qualify for refunds.

Change requests beyond agreed scope are billable and not grounds for refunds.

Promotional/discounted packages may have limited or no refunds as stated at purchase.

6. Chargebacks

Filing an unwarranted chargeback is a breach of this policy. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with documentation of deliverables and communications.
