Before project kickoff: Full refund.
After discovery/workshops but before first design delivery: 50% refund of paid fees.
Before development kickoff: Full refund.
Post‑kickoff: Refunds are milestone‑based. Completed milestones are non‑refundable; unused milestone fees may be refunded.
After delivery to production or acceptance testing: Non‑refundable for delivered scope.
Website Development
Before project kickoff: Full refund.
During build: Pro‑rated refunds for undelivered milestones only.
Management fees become non‑refundable once campaigns are created/launched for the billing cycle.
Unspent ad budget in your ad account remains your property and is not retained by us.
Setup fees are non‑refundable after account and conversion setup is completed.
SMM Social Media Management
Monthly retainers are refundable before the service month starts.
Mid‑cycle cancellations receive a pro‑rated refund for unused weeks if no content has been delivered for those weeks.
To request a refund, please provide:
Your project or invoice number
Service purchased and billing date
Reason for the refund request and relevant details
Delays caused by missing client inputs, approvals, or access do not qualify for refunds.
Change requests beyond agreed scope are billable and not grounds for refunds.
